Rover Ref

Rover Refs are our eyes & ears inside the daycare rooms, they pay close attention to the dogs body

language, energy level, and their over all attitude. Rover Refs continously clean the rooms, replace the

water bowls with fresh water. Most Importantly, Rover refs make sure the dogs are playing well together

and are all on the same energy level. They play with durable rubber toys in the rooms like Planet Dog

and Kong - many of the favorite games are fetch and tug of war. There are two nap times administered,

10-10:30am and 2-2:30pm. During nap times, lights are turned off, tv is muted and toys are taken out of

the rooms. The tv is left on to set a living room mood. During the day, each dog is taken out on a walk

every 2 hours, our rover refs keep each dog on schedule to ensure each dog gets their walk. All our

cleaning supplies (mop buckets, mop heads, towels,trash barrels) that are located securely behind a

metal gate away from the dogs are changed/cleaned mulitple times a day.
