Membership Priviledges
DoggieDay offers two levels of membership – Standard and Premium .Once you are a member of
DoggieDay, you can use us as little or as often as you like. We have clients that use us once per year,
and those that use us every day, twice or more per day. You are just required to maintain an active
membership to receive services. Membership Privileges vary by office. Before Services can begin an
interview must be completed, schedule online or by phone at 877.738.7738Please review our

- Locked Out? Regain entry from 7am-7pm, 7 days per week FREE of charge, $25 during off hours
- Free visit on your pet’s birthday
- Assigned to a select team of Pet Care Providers
- Free taxi service to/ from groomer when combined with a DoggieDay appointment
- One free accompanied vet visit annually (not including vet charges)
- Free home delivery of pet supplies

Monthly Access Fee
$5.00 Monthly Access Fee is charged automatically every month. Upon successful payment, your
membership will be extended to the next month. The Monthly Access Fee is charged regardless of use
of particular services. Your first monthly access fee will be charged on the first of each month.
Reactivation Policy
Clients have the option of becoming Inactive, which will suspend their monthly access fee if they plan
to pause services for an extended period of time. Upon returning, A reactivation fee of $29.00 will be
applied to make the membership active and then at the end of month the $5.00 monthly access will
resume. The same reactivation policy applies for memberships that have become inactive or
suspended due to failed monthly access payments.
Additional Appointment Fees
Urgent Fees are assessed when appointments are reserved within time window allowed by a particular
membership level. Urgent fee for a in-home service and daycare is $6.00 onto each appointment
scheduled. Overnight Urgent Fee is $15.00.
Non office hour fees are assessed when appointments are booked outside of our normal operating
hours.
in-home service hours: Monday - Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm. After 7:00pm, a $10 out of office fee will be
charged with the last scheduled appointment time being 9:00pm
daycare hours: Monday - Saturday 7:00am - 8:00pm Sunday 7:00am - 6:00pm. After closing an hourly
charge of $9.00 will accrue until 10:00pm when the building will be locked down for security purposes
and pick up will be unavailable as your pet will be consider an overnight and charged appropiately.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for services received by the company with at least the minmum time requirement
specified by the client's membership level will be credited back to the client's DoggieDay account.
Client assumes responsibility for communicating the cancellation to the compnay in a manner
approved by the company. The company will confirm the cancellation to the client. Although a request
for services may cover a period over several days, weeks or months, the cancellation policy applies to
individual dates of service and as such, an individual service or period of services may be cancelled
although they are included in a larger period of services. No refunds will be made after the specified
time frame in the membership the client has enrolled with.
Easy Payment Options
Payment for all services is required in advance. For clients that work with us on a regular schedule, we
can bill weekly or monthly. We accept cash, check, Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover.
For all of our clients, we can set up a credit card authorization for all future payment.
