Interview Process
Before DoggieDay accepts any pet for services, a full intake interview must be completed between a
DoggieDay representative and a prospective client. Interviews allow us to introduce ourselves and
Doggieday to a client before starting services as well as giving us all the necessary information
needed to conduct proper care for your pet. During the interview, a Doggieday representative will go
over all of our membership policies and fees and ask a list of personality questions about your dog.
Answers to these questions will help us develop your pet profile, a profile given to our pet care providers
each time they visit your home. You will also see a copy of these instructions placed on your daily report
card left by our pet care providers after your visit. We gather an array of information about your pet, their
home, their personality and routine.The entire interview takes between 30 and 45 minutes to complete.

Interview Locations
Interviews are conducted either in your pet's home or here at our playcenter, located at 400 Tremont St.
Boston Ma 02116 depending on the services a client is most interested in. Dog walking/visits,
playgroups, Cat visits, Small Animal visits all require an at home interview. Daycare & Overnights
require a playcenter interview as we want to observe your pet while in a daycare environment around
others.
Interview Times
At home interviews are conducted Monday - Friday between the hours of 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Daycare &
Overnight interviews are typically conducted between the hours of 3:00pm -7:00pm. If an appointment
time outside of our normal hours is needed please contact us to check on availability. Special
times/dates can not be guarenteed.
