Online Scheduling and Account Management

 

As an added bonus to our members, DoggieDay has has created our own account management

system. This system allows our members to access their accounts anytime they want. By loggin on

through the members link, our members are able to schedule appointments for their pet(s),cancel

existing appointments, change billing information and update their pet's profile(s) from the

convenience of home or work. This works incredibly well for our members, who do not have the ability

to speak on the phone during the day or are only available after our customer service hours of 7am to

5pm Mon-Fri. Please keep in mind that we are always on call 24 hours each day for services required
